Mr. Alan Schott has been engaged in technology development and management for over 25 years and has specific expertise in technology evaluation and planning, telecommunication services, and software/hardware engineering. His background includes program management, research engineering, and product development for several industries involved in telecommunications fraud control systems, computer storage devices, computer-based control systems, and renewable energy control systems. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology and a Masters in Technology Management.

MR. Dwight Kitchin has over 30 years of experience in technology development. His experience covers many disciplines including software, hardware, mechanical, and thermal system development, as well as management of programs and production management. Programs included primary research prior to specific product development. He has been granted four corporately successful patents for surgical and fraud prevention systems. In addition to a B.S.E.E. his post-graduate studies have included engineering, computer science and business management disciplines.
